Bookings Terms and Conditions
This information is provided to you as part of our commitment to remain transparent in all our dealings. We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your webinar event. By completing your booking, you are agreeing to these terms.
- Booking and Payment
1.1 All webinar bookings must be completed online using the booking form provided on our website.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place at the webinar.
1.3 All prices advertised for webinars are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), however, the booking form will display prices exclusive of GST. GST will be added during the checkout process.
- Confirmation of Booking
2.1 Upon successful completion of your booking and payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your receipt attached. Please retain this email as proof of your booking.
2.2 Links and further details of the webinar will be emailed to the address provided during registration within 24 business hours of booking.
- Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 a. Refund Request Window: You can request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
- Webinar Access and Technical Requirements
4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate hardware, software, and a stable internet connection to participate in the webinar. We use Zoom for our webinars.
4.2 We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from your equipment or internet connection. We recommend testing your system and internet connection in advance.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 All content provided during the webinar, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, is the property of the webinar organiser or presenter and is protected by copyright laws.
5.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the webinar content in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Privacy Policy
6.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of managing and administering the webinar.
6.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services related to the webinar.
- Liability
7.1 In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the webinar.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
8.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in our webinars following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
